Is the blue dot toxic?
No, the blue dot is a non-toxic vegetable-based dye tablet.
Will the blue dot dye my toilet blue?
No it will not. We recommend once you have completed the test to flush your toilet to remove the blue water from your tank and or bowl.
Where can I get this blue dot dye tablets?

If you want to test more toilets you can add a few drops of food colouring or a cooled cup of black coffee to the water in the tank and wait a few minutes – the effect will be the same as using the blue dot.
My toilet is brand new and it can’t be leaking?
Just to be sure, you can take the test, it’s simple and does not take long. Even some new toilets could have leaks. If you prefer not to take the test, would you like to give the blue dot to a friend or family member?
I’ve just done this test on my toilet, I don’t need the blue dot.
